This group will be a guided exercise using a video. The video will be screen-shared using Zoom, and we will also discuss ways to independently exercise outsie of the group and set weekly activity goals to promote healthy living.
Sign-ups for each group will be open until the Monday of that week to allow for planning time and distribution of meeting information.
